Prashant Agrawal is on a journey to help organizations from retail, QSR, CPG and hospitality to move from the world of excel to the world of AI-Driven automation and efficiency. Prashant, a JD/MBA from Columbia University and BS from Cornell University has a unique and diverse experience of 20+ years across industries. He led BCG’s PE and corporate finance practice in India for more than 2 years. He has also led multiple advanced analytics projects and initiatives across domains and industries. Also, as a former senior consultant at the McKinsey & Company, he has led diverse projects in media and private equity sectors where the focus was on operational improvement and transformational projects utilizing analytics. As the founder and CEO of Impact Analytics, a leading AI-powered SaaS company Prashant now focuses on creating 360-degree automation solutions for data-driven decision making.

Juan is the Director of Omni-Channel Pricing at DICK'S Sporting goods. In this role, he oversees the segments of markdown and promotion optimization, base-price optimization, while also ensuring competitive monitoring and overall lifecycle pricing execution. He has 9 years of industry experience, out of which he spent 5 years in handling the e-Commerce vertical, 3 years in retail, and 2 years in Pricing at DSG. An alumnus of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Juan worked in diverse continents and can speak 4 languages fluently. He is a huge Cleveland sports fan and is always in for a good laugh.

Ben Pivar is Chief Information Officer at Carter’s Oshkosh B’gosh. In this role, he is responsible for creating the vision and roadmap for Information Technology while also managing project delivery, applications, security, infrastructure, desktop, business intelligence and support. Ben has 25 years of experience in the Retail, Consumer Products, Merchandising, Supply Chain and IT, of which the last 15 years have been in Executive Leadership roles.

Daren Hull has been committed to improving the customer buying experience for the past two decades. He has overseen many campaigns disrupting the marketplace to improve consumer interest. Daren is currently the Brand President at Vera Bradley, where he is responsible for day-to-day operation of the brand. Prior to Vera Bradley he was focused on conceiving and growing direct-to-consumer businesses for established companies such as Amazon, Williams-Sonoma, Guthy-Renker, and L’Oreal as well as a number of startups. His work has received numerous honors from the likes of ERA to L2, and he was named one of the original Shoptalk Heretics. Daren has a degree from the University of Illinois and lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife and daughter.
