With over 12 years of expertise, Sulabh leads internal Data Science and Software teams to develop enterprise applications that enable quick and efficient decision-making for big-box and specialty retailers across the US. His focus on delivering seamless product implementations and driving customer value with practical AI algorithms has positioned Impact Analytics as a leader in the industry.
Before joining Impact Analytics, Sulabh was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he developed strategic solutions for various industries including retail, IT services, banking, chemicals, and manufacturing. His work involved strategic workforce planning, sales force transformation, entry strategy development, and operational efficiency improvements. His analytical acumen and business-focused problem-solving skills have consistently delivered impactful results for clients.
Sulabh also has significant experience in early-stage startups. He co-founded WhatsOnRent.com, an asset-light marketplace for renting products across categories, and played a key role in TinyOwl, a mobile-based food ordering startup in India. These entrepreneurial ventures provided him with valuable insights into the dynamics of startup ecosystems and the importance of agile, data-driven decision-making and nurturing high-performance teams.
Sulabh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, underscores his deep understanding of analytics and AI, and his commitment to leveraging these technologies to solve complex business challenges.
