Over his decade-long tenure at Impact Analytics, Siddhesh has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization’s product portfolio, bringing advanced analytics, machine learning, and decision intelligence tools to market. His leadership has been instrumental in developing platforms that transform retail planning, pricing, and inventory workflows, enabling clients to make smarter, faster, and data-driven decisions.
Siddhesh’s journey at Impact Analytics began as a Data Science Lead, where he applied advanced analytics and statistical modeling to solve high-impact business challenges for global retailers. He quickly transitioned to a Project Lead role, overseeing large-scale analytics deployments and client-facing solution delivery. In 2018, he moved into product management and engineering leadership, where he has since built and led cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SaaS platforms that combine AI/ML-driven optimization with intuitive design.
Before joining Impact Analytics, Siddhesh was a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma, where he gained extensive experience in analytics consulting, data strategy, and business problem-solving for global companies. His early career in analytics provided a strong foundation for his expertise in leveraging data science to drive tangible business outcomes.
