With over 8 years of experience spanning financial services, retail/CPG, automotive, and oil and gas sectors, Nirav has built a career solving complex business problems and delivering sustainable impact at scale.

At Impact Analytics, Nirav has played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s product portfolio, overseeing initiatives that embed advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities into enterprise SaaS platforms serving global retailers and brands. Starting as a Project Leader, Nirav quickly advanced to Product Manager and now leads the product function, focusing on building intelligent solutions for inventory optimization, pricing, assortment planning, and predictive analytics. His leadership is characterized by a profound understanding of customer needs, a data-driven approach to product development, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Before joining Impact Analytics, Nirav built his expertise in analytics leadership roles across multiple industries. As Assistant Vice President of Analytics at IDFC FIRST Bank, he led strategic initiatives in finance and wholesale lending, leveraging data science to enhance risk assessment and operational efficiency. At Mahindra Finance and Mahindra & Mahindra, he developed analytics programs for SME lending and automotive spare parts, utilizing data insights to enhance forecasting, supply chain performance, and informed strategic decision-making. Early in his career at Bharat Petroleum, Nirav managed large-scale production operations, gaining hands-on experience in industrial engineering and operations management.

Nirav holds an MBA in strategy and operations and is recognized for his ability to integrate analytics, technology, and business strategy. His career reflects a commitment to innovation, cross-industry expertise, and building products that deliver measurable value to Fortune 500 companies.
