Markus Pfründer is the Vice President of Customer Success and Head of Central Europe at Impact Analytics, bringing over 20 years of experience in driving digital, data, and analytics across all retail sectors.

He joins from a VP role at Capgemini Invent, where he focused on the retail sector and supported clients successfully managing their digital transformation. Prior to Impact Analytics, Markus held senior leadership roles in the SaaS and retail industry, e.g., at NielsenIQ (Precima) and METRO AG.

He has deep expertise in demand forecasting and core retail processes like allocation, assortment, pricing, analytics, as well as in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies. He has built and led global centers of excellence for advanced analytics, managing multi-country teams across Germany, Poland, Romania, and India.

Recognized as a trusted partner to C-level retail executives across Europe, Markus has a proven record of leading client relationships, business growth, and large-scale IT and data transformations that deliver measurable results.

A frequent conference and panel speaker, he is passionate about applying AI and data innovation to reshape critical retail processes and optimizing technology to unlock new value. His focus at Impact Analytics going forward will be on serving the rapidly growing client base in Central Europe, building and leading customer success teams, and providing strategic vision and thought leadership for both client teams and internally.
